Relative humidity compares the amount of water vapor in air with the amount of vapor when it is saturated (100% water vapor)
Relative humidity is expressed as a percent.
Humidity is the moisture content of atmosphere (how much water vapor is in the air - Dew Point)
Water vapor, the gaseous form of water, is always in the air.
The warmer the air, the more water vapor it can hold, therefore the higher the humidity
100% humidity = rain
Saturated means

Formula for Relative Humidity:

amount of water vapor in air
amount of water vapor the air can hold
