Wind chill is the apparent temperature on the human body. It is a combination of the temperature with the wind speed. A fast moving wind causes the body to lose heat faster than normal, causing it too feet colder than it really is. For example, if it is 50 degrees outside and the wind is going at 5 mph, the wind chill is 48 degrees. This means it feels like it is 48 degrees outside because of the wind.
